Shipping & Returns

1. SHIPPING

1.1 Usually we will ship your order on the next business day. In some cases we may need additional time, but no more than 2 to 3 business days.
1.2 If your order or part of the order is back ordered, we will ship as soon as we restock the item. You will be informed about the possible delay. As noted in the Cancellation policy below you are free to cancel your order at any time before shipping for full refund.
1.3 In case part of your order is back ordered, we may choose to ship the order in separate shipments at no additional cost for you. The part of the order which is delayed still can be canceled per your discretion before it is shipped.
1.4 The shipping methods are available for you to choose during the check-out process. You can change the shipping method before the order is shipped by informing us via e-mail.
1.5 Please allow 5 to 10 business days from shipping date for orders shipped using regular shipping to arrive in the 48 Continental States. Free Shipping may take longer. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO, FPO and International addresses may take longer.
1.6 If you live in Los Angeles area and choose to pickup your order, please call us or e-mail at sales@greencarecosmetics.com to arrange the pickup.

2. CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

2.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
  1. you can notify us by email to sales@greencarecosmetics.com before the order is shipped;
  2. or
  3. when the order have already been shipped, by returning unopened items as explained in clause 2.2 below.
2.2 You can return unopened items you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The costs of original shipping is non-refundable and the return shipping will be your responsibility if the Return is not due to our error. We may reimburse you for both shipping costs in case the return is in result of our error.

USPS Orders only: If you decide to return the order while the order is still on route to the destination, you may refuse the package on delivery and this way avoid paying return shipping. Note that the package (shipping box, container, envelope etc.) should be unopened in order to be accepted as "Refused" by USPS. 2.3 Upon receipt of the unopened merchandise we will give you a refund for the product(s) price(s) or an exchange credit if requested. Note that shipping cost(s) may or may not be refindable as explained in clause 2.2 above.

2.4 The rights to return the products to us as referred to in clause 2.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
  1. in the event that the product has been opened (the protective Green Care sticker and/or manufacturer seal has been broken).
  2. to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you.
